unprofessional
They are unprofessional AND SLOPPY. They gave me a formal quote after lots of discussion, once orally and twice in writing. We paid the deposit, per the invoice, then 3 days before the move they said they made a mistake of $70. I asked the manager to negotiate a fair solution for an error THEY MADE (we would pay half of the $70 and they would eat the other half). Then, without warning, they refunded the money and placed us in a hardship for the move 3 days before the scheduled date. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Really Bad service
These guys showed up with a truck that was too small for the job and took from 9 am to 7:30 pm to move a small truck load of stuff They smoked and organized and talked on their phone more than moving stuff I had to make arrangements for the rest of my things to be moved I could not communicate that I could not afford any more time because they could barely speak English They tried to leave without even putting the door back on my place after having to take off to get couch in and then didnt put feet on properly There was damage to furniture They make you sign and pay without seeing everything I should not have signed or paid $1480!!! To have more stuff to make arrangements to move and stuff still apart because I couldnt afford any more time??
