Our experience with this moving company and their moving labor team was less than ideal. The moving broker’s communication was sporadic, and the moving crew’s approach lacked attention to detail. Several of our items suffered damage during transit, and their lack of accountability was disappointing. Despite our attempts to address these concerns, we received no resolution or acknowledgment. They worked diligently to complete the move within the estimated time, and most of our belongings arrived intact. A few pieces suffered minor scratches, which could have been prevented with extra precaution. With improved handling of delicate items, this company could provide an even better moving experience.
