Efficient and Careful! I was very impressed, from the beginning to the end. Customer service is AMAZING, Fran was super professional and very caring, answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful advice. The team that made the moving, David, Sergio and Emerson, were super professional, fast and VERY careful with everything. Those people really know what they are doing and they enjoy their job, always with a smile and super polite. I recommend and if I need to move again I’ll definitely gonna chose One Move!

I moved three times in the Bay Area and One Move Movers is the best company I’ve used. Mely, Emerson, Tomas, and Enrique were professional, fast, polite, and very helpful. They fixed some loose screws and nails. They even boxed and moved my plants. They stacked boxes in the garage so well that the boxes took less space than in my previous home. This is a happy and hardworking crew. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve moved and helped several family members move this year so know good quality in movers. One Move is excellent. They showed up on time, communicated and responded to date change. They were very professional and took great care of the furniture and instruments. There were no surprises with the cost. The work was completed in the time estimated. I would recommend them to anyone. Great guys and great company to work with.

Hired One Move Movers for a Saturday morning move of our 2br apartment to a house within Palo Alto. One truck, 3 people. Easy to reserve the desired time slot. Fast response to emails. Courteous. On time arrival. Efficient, careful service. Reasonable price. We packed the boxes ourselves. Charged for 4.25 hours. $150 deposit at time of reservation.

I am a big fan. We recently moved locally and wanted movers to help with packing and moving. One Move had a great crew with Mely, Josue, Jorge, Tomas, Emerson and Henry. They moved our things with care and asked questions as needed. They were friendly and hard-working. The estimate was right-on! They showed up on-time, had all necessary materials, and also had the right number of people to do the work on time. True professionals.
