They were unable to complete a move-out/move-in within 2 days of a 2-bedroom apt. Left items partially and fully unassembled. Left 40-plus boxes packed in spite of their contratual obligation to unpack and remove packing materials. Were aggressive,relentless and intimidating about tips in spite of our generous tipping.

I had a small move from NYC to CT and everything from the quote to the move went well. I had a partial pack, meaning I packed most of the things and let them pack the kitchen. It was a little pricey since I didn’t move much furniture (just a bed, a dining table, and a desk), but I had another quote done and they were very competitive.

We hired Flatrate to move us within Westchester. The only smooth part of the process was the virtual walkthrough price assessment. After that, everything went downhill. Communication has been absolutely horrendous with no followup on questions or complaints.
