I recently moved from CT to AL. I received my belongings exactly how I hoped. Everything was safely packed and the employees were so helpful and caring when delivering everything to my new home. They initially gave me a 2 day delivery window date of when I will be receiving my belongings. I received it early in the morning on the first day I was available. Everything turned out smooth and easygoing. I would really recommend this company to anyone, friends or family that will be moving from state to state.

I was kept up to date with my move details, when they were coming, how long it may take for the guys to load my stuff and when My items would be dropped off. The crew was punctual and prepared, they worked non-stop, focused on my packing, loading the truck ( which was amazing to watch), gave me appropriate documents and left. I was in communication with CR7’s dispatch manager pretty frequently regarding our delivery. And it was simple, hassle free and refreshing to work with talented professionals who actually knew exactly what they were doing. Thumbs high!!!!!

Easy to get the move set up. Rates were clear and reasonable. Friendly and efficient on the day of, and arrived on time (even a little early). The discount for paying in cash is a great perk. Will definitely use CR7 Moving and Storage again if I need to move in the future.

I have moved several times, and it is a pretty stressful situation in general. I had some minor issues like delay with them but it is commun when moving. What I absolutely loved about their customer service is they were very communicative. If I didn’t answer the phone I would have an email from them with all the information, communication is key in this type of service.
