Coutu Bros Moving & Storage

I believe the support I received could be better, cant complain about the moving team, but when I reached out the person seemed distracted, and I had to repeat myself several times. My suggestion is to give your reps more training.

Terrible. Underestimated by an entire day, left a room & several closets off truck. Driver suggested $200 per man per day for a tip ($1200)! Another asked what I paid for new home. Would never recommend.

Superb organization from start to finish. Helpful, flexible, understanding. The gentlemen who moved us were efficient, hard working, pleasant, fulfilled all our needs. Coutu has a great culture and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Needed help with a local move for my friend Barbara, Coutu was great. From the person that took the information and set up the move, to the guys that came on moving day. David, Tommy, Carl and Mike did a great job. Arrived on time and worked professionally and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service they provided. A great value for the price.

Working with Coutu Brothers seemed professional and speedy at first, however after the move was completed and we tipped all members of the moving team, we found several problems. One of ge movers littered candy wrappers all over both properties throughout the day, an antique bureau was damaged, and our wood dining table was damaged. When we went to go to bed at night, the entire reassembly of the bed was done incorrectly, and the entire bed collapsed. Most infuriating is they broke and destroyed our flat screen tv. When they replied to our claim form, they said they would reimburse $108 total for a new flat screen tv. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and I would not recommend their service for anyone in the future. Source: My Moving Reviews
