Budget Van Lines

I used the shipping company for two previous moves and they were great. The agents were rude and did not properly code my order. The sales rep Heather had a very disrepectful tone as though she did me a favor.

Normally I move myself but this year I had a stroke and lifting heavy boxes was out of the question. Budget Van Lines took care of everything for me. Their price was very fair and they did an outstanding job.

I had to hire a mover for my sister in Summelin, as she works full time and has a kid and she’s overwhelmed. I asked around and was referred to Budget by a coworker who just used them. I booked everything over the phone, super easy. My sister said the crew was awesome. Appreciate the honest work, I recommend.

They broke a lot of my things. They kept telling me that they will reimburse me and they never did.

We choose this company to cross country move us beecuse the have a A rating with BBB. However they subcontract with F rating business having your stuff moved from one truck to another several times. My proiceless framed mirror and degree have been lost and they are not replacable my mirror was from an art gallery costing hundreds of dollars and I had my degree custom framed. If we did it all over again we would use pods or a company that does not use other trucks once they load it they,deliver it.
