SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Don’t get involved with this company. They are not a moving company. They take their fee off the top in the guise of a deposit. Then they tell half of the balance on loading and half on deliver, but when the real moving company comes, they tell you that estimator miscalculated and the make you sign a new contract for doubled the amount. And after paying double the original quote, they still broke my TV and stopped accepting my calls after I tried to make an insurance claim. All of the bad reviews here are spot on. I just wish I would read them before I got scammed.

Our experience with Atlas Mover Group LLC was a nightmare. They showed up without the right equipment and used makeshift solutions to move our heavy furniture. Not surprisingly, this resulted in several damaged pieces. They also lost some of our boxes and refused to compensate us for the losses. Avoid this company like the plague

Our move with Atlas Mover Group LLC was a disaster from start to finish. They were disorganized, lost track of our items, and couldn’t provide a clear delivery date. When our belongings finally arrived, many were damaged beyond repair. Dealing with this company has been a headache, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.”

Atlas Mover Group LLC is an absolute disaster. They rescheduled our move multiple times, leaving us in a lurch. On moving day, they sent a crew that lacked basic moving skills. Our belongings were packed haphazardly, and we’re still finding damaged items weeks later. Stay away from this company unless you want unnecessary stress.

I cannot emphasize enough how poorly Alaska Terminals Inc handled our move. They gave us an estimate that ended up being way off the mark, and they refused to take responsibility for the extra charges. The moving crew was careless, leaving scuff marks on the walls and causing dents in our floors. It’s been a headache dealing with their customer service to resolve these issues.

Atlas Mover Group LLC made the entire moving process a nightmare. They were impossible to reach, and when we did manage to get in touch with them, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They promised a specific delivery date but missed it by a week. Our belongings arrived in a shambles, with multiple items missing or broken.

they said uniformed movers would show up. They didn’t. Atlas is a broker for moving companies. Company that they contracted with wanted me to sign a separate contract. Mover showed and wanted to sticker the items first and the whole job had 3 stops and mover wanted to see all the items in all three locations before they would start to move. Additionally, this mover said they charge $250 per fragile item and it all started when they saw my grandfather clock, Atlas knew I had several bulk pieces that were are fragile, and they never disclosed that there might be additional charges for shrink wrapping and using cardboard.

Today is the day of my move. I packed all my boxes labeled everything that was being moved based on what I told the broker. Had to cash in my pocket to pay the upfront and on delivery just look, I was supposed to. But when the movers gone here, they told me that the brokers did not disclose things, and that quote More than double. I spoke to customer service who buy the way. You have to call sales because the customer’s service number doesn’t work. And they refused to work with me as I explained.
