Good and basic service
I recently used Air 1 Moving & Storage company for my move and while they did get the job done, I can’t say I was completely satisfied with the experience. The movers were a bit rough with my furniture, and a couple of items did end up with minor scratches and scuffs. Additionally, the communication from the company wasn’t great – I had to follow up with them a few times to confirm the details of the move and make sure everything was on track. However, the price was reasonable and the movers were efficient, so overall it was an okay experience.
