Independent Labor Provider Agreement with MoversReport.com

This Independent Labor Provider Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between MoversReport.com ("MoversReport") and the undersigned labor provider (the "Contractor") as of the date of electronic signature.

Services to be Provided. The Contractor agrees to provide professional labor for moving services to customers who book through MoversReport.com. The Contractor agrees to come to the moving job with all necessary equipment including dollies and tools required to perform the job.

Liability. The Contractor agrees to take all liability on the job site and hold harmless and indemnify MoversReport and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the Contractor's services.

Payment. MoversReport will charge a non-refundable fee equal to one hour of labor directly to the customer upon booking. The remaining balance due to the Contractor will be billed directly by the Contractor to the customer via PayPal, Venmo, Cash or CashApp.

Relationship of Parties. The Contractor is an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the Contractor and MoversReport. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local income taxes, and all self-employment taxes, as well as all costs incurred in providing the services.

Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Contractor shall be entitled to payment for all services rendered prior to the effective date of termination.

Confidentiality. The Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of all customer information obtained in connection with the services and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the express written consent of the customer.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which MoversReport is located.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the services provided hereunder.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date of electronic signature.
